Now in its 12th year, the Fiesta del Sol Scholars program has matched up over 300 area college students and corporate sponsors in a very effective partnership that provides scholarship funds for deserving college students. Over $478,000 in scholarship assistance has been awarded to deserving area college students.
A portion of the funds raised through this program goes to ensure that this generation of new college students keeps growing as our community does. Since the beginning, we have been deeply committed to building our more inclusive year-round ACT prep program that has proven to be a success. Led by scholarship recipients and university volunteers, students increase their ACT score by an average of 4 points.
